Do I need an account?
Yes. Tsumo asks you to sign in with Apple on iPhone or with Google on Android. Your account keeps your favourites, your game score and your Premium. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
How does buying Premium on the website work?
Pay on this website. When the payment is done we show you a link, and we also email it to you.
Open that link on your phone: it opens Tsumo and unlocks Premium on the account you are signed into.
Bought on a computer? Scan the QR code we show you with your phone instead.
Paying with EcoCash
Create a virtual Mastercard in your EcoCash app and add US dollars to it. Then pay here with its card number, expiry date and security code, like any other card.
Fees and limits are set by EcoCash: check them with EcoCash before you pay.
What do I need to unlock a web purchase?
The latest version of Tsumo (update it from the App Store or Google Play), and you must be signed in to Tsumo. If the link does not open the app, update Tsumo and try again.
I use Tsumo on an iPhone and on Android. Where does Premium unlock?
iPhone accounts (Sign in with Apple) and Android accounts (Sign in with Google) are separate accounts. Premium unlocks on the account where you open (redeem) the link, so open it on the device and account you want Premium on.
I had the old Tsumo subscription. Do I need to buy Premium?
No. People who had the old Tsumo subscription keep Premium automatically, so please do not buy it again.
My link expired. What now?
The unlock link expires after 60 minutes. Tapping an expired link emails you a fresh one.
Can I get a refund?
Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Apple or Google handle refunds under their own policies.
